I charge hourly for computer repair. For more pricing information please check out the services page.
Certain services have different, non-hourly pricing. Contact me for more information.
What are your services?
I work with so many computer issues, it’s impossible to write them all down into a list. You can get an idea of what I provide at the services page. If you have an issue, there’s a good chance I’m able to fix it, or if not, tell you who can.
A brief list of my main services would be:

Is there a Warranty?
Hardware
Most hardware would come with its own manufacturer warranty. In the case of defective hardware, Ballantyne Computer Services LLC will replace the hardware with equivalent hardware and perform the warranty to the manufacturer.
Virus Removal
There is no warranty offered on virus removal. Since, in most cases, viruses are a cause of poor web browsing habits, Ballantyne Computer Services cannot provide a warranty on virus removal.
Do you work on Apple products?
Ballantyne Computer Services is not currently equipped to work on the hardware of Apple Computers or devices; however, we may still be able to assist you with software related issues that may arise.
For Mac hardware issues, Wedge SC in Columbia should be able to help you.
