In-Person Support
Having a problem with your computer is frustrating. Getting it fixed shouldn’t be.
Ballantyne Computer Services LLC come to you for all of your computer repair needs. Think of me as your personal IT guy! If your computer is broken, slow, needs and upgrade, or who-knows-what, I can fix it!
On-Site support starts at $100 an hour*, which is competitive with a lot of in-store prices! So, you not only save on gas, but you save on the service as well!
Please note, services are offered by appointment, with Same Day/Urgent services offered for an additional charge.
Remote Support
I now offer remote support powered by Splashtop. This support is provided by appointment only. Click here to go to the remote support page.
Remote Support is offered at $40 per half hour.
