Hi, I’m James
I am a computer enthusiast, gamer, musician, and problem solver at heart. I started Ballantyne Computer Services with the idea that I could provide IT Consulting and Computer Repair to small businesses and residential customers alike.
My work hours
I’m a one-man operation, I know I won’t be beating other repair shops in how fast I can get to your computer in an emergency. Instead, I aim to bring much more value to what you get out of your time. My hope is this. Once I’m done assisting you, you’re left with a good feeling knowing exactly what was done to your computer, and what your other options were.
All that said, Ballantyne Computer Services isn’t my only job, and therefore the phone hours are later in the day. However, given the nature of my work, I believe that those hours remain convenient for almost everyone.
I’ll do my best to work with you to find a time that suits you. I understand that often times computer needs are urgent. Don’t hesitate to contact me to see if I can help!
